Mr. Woodhouse Joins Fast-Growing Cribstone in Brunswick, ME as Director, Private Client Services
BRUNSWICK, MAINE, January 6, 2017 – Cribstone Capital Management, the independent investment advisory firm based in Maine, announced today that the firm has added Timothy W. Woodhouse, JD, CPA to its advisory team.
Based in Brunswick, Maine, Mr. Woodhouse will be Director, Private Client Services for Cribstone Capital Management. His responsibilities will include managing the financial affairs of many key relationships for the firm as well as developing new relationships for Cribstone to serve. Tim brings a very unique set of skills to the firm, with his extensive knowledge on tax and estate issues.
He joins Cribstone from Camden National Wealth Management, formerly known as Acadia Trust, where he served as Senior Vice President, Director of Trust Services. In this role, Tim led an experienced team of professionals who oversaw the delivery of the firm’s investment management advice, personal trust and fiduciary services for high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations.
Scott Upham, Managing Partner and Director of Wealth Management, co-founded Cribstone Capital Management in May 2015 as an independent RIA with Partner and Investment Strategist, Odette Galli, and Partner and financial advisor John Duffy.

Mr. Woodhouse has over eighteen years of investment, trust, tax, and estate planning experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a licensed attorney in the state of Maine.
He serves on the board of directors of the Maine Estate Planning Council, and is a member of the Maine Medical Center Planned Giving Committee. In addition, Tim dedicates significant time to Shalom House, Inc. – a non-profit providing housing and services to adults with severe mental illness. He is a member of the Maine Bar Association and the Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Woodhouse is a frequent speaker on tax and fiduciary topics, most recently at the Maine Tax Forum and the Maine Estate Planning Council. He is a graduate of the University of Maine, Orono (with highest distinction), and the University of Maine, School of Law (magna cum laude). He lives in South Portland.
